Closing Shift Beginner Guide

The elevator seals shut behind you, and you're stuck in a family restaurant that closed in 1974 where the mascots never stopped working. To get out you need four keys and a four-digit code to call the elevator back. Here's the basic route for your first escape.

  1. 1: Ride the elevator down and clock in. Your first night earns you the FIRST NIGHT badge.
  2. 2: Head to the security desk and ask the Puppet for a tip. It points you in the right direction and gives you the A LITTLE ADVICE badge.
  3. 3: Watch the cameras. The band still performs on them, and you can flash the squatter away from the camera feed.
  4. 4: Search the restaurant for the four keys and the scraps of the four-digit elevator code. Finding a key and a code scrap yourself and riding out in the same night earns BY THE BOOK.
  5. 5: If the power goes out, find the breaker and reset it to get the lights back on.
  6. 6: Enter the code, call the elevator back and ride it out to escape and earn CLOSING TIME.

Closing Shift Animatronics

Every animatronic hunts by its own rules, and if you play one like another, you're caught. These are the threats you'll meet below the restaurant and what each one does.

Freddy: He walks into Parts & Service. If you're in the room when he comes in and still get out alive, you earn NECK INTACT.
Bonnie: One of the original band members. He hunts the halls on his own rules and still performs with the band on the cameras.
Chica: Make it out of Chica's kitchen alive to earn FIVE-STAR SERVICE.
Foxy: Keep your light on his face. Hold him back with the light until he retreats to earn STAND YOUR GROUND.
Golden Freddy: Golden Freddy is one of the six hunters named in the restaurant description.
Fredbear: He can squeeze into the room you're hiding in. Survive it for TIGHT SQUEEZE.
Amalgamation: Cut its tentacles until it pulls back to earn CHOP SHOP.
The Squatter: It drags players away. Flash it off the cameras, or save a friend it's dragging off for NOT ON MY WATCH.
Endoskeletons: They guard the endo room. Find its key, get past them and open the cabinet at the back.

Closing Shift Game Passes

Closing Shift sells ten game passes, from a cheap radar to a scoped sniper rifle. Every pass below is on sale now and paid for in Robux. The weapons knock the animatronics down for a while but don't take them out for good.

Minigun · 299 R$: Extremely overpowered. It tears the animatronics apart, and they put themselves back together after 45 seconds. Hold fire to spin up, let go before it overheats. There are only 3 ammo cans in the whole restaurant. Permanent.
Sniper Rifle · 599 R$: A bolt-action rifle with a real scope. A head shot blows an animatronic's head off and stuns it for a full minute, and a body shot knocks it flat. Five rounds a magazine, with ammo boxes hidden around. You can hand it to EXG.
Explosives · 399 R$: You get 15 grenades and 7 C4 every round, with more in crates. Blow animatronics apart, crack walls and blast doors off.
Animatronic Bodyguard · 199 R$: A big friendly bear that walks with you. He searches drawers, opens doors, scouts ahead, warns you, distracts whatever is chasing you and fights for you. Permanent.
Night Vision Goggles · 299 R$: See in the dark. The battery never runs out.
Infinite Lives · 175 R$: You never run out of lives in the restaurant and get back up after every death. Permanent.
Shotgun · 70 R$: A pump shotgun with ten shells a round, plus more to find. It blasts animatronics back and stuns them. Permanent.
Shove Players · 100 R$: Shove the player in front of you out of the way, once every 7 seconds. Permanent.
Infinite Stamina · 99 R$: Sprint forever while running from them and crawling through the ceiling vents.
Radar · 50 R$: A radar in the corner of your screen that shows nearby monsters as blips. Permanent.

Closing Shift Survival Tips

Arcade: If something stands behind you at the arcade, keep your eyes on the screen and keep playing until it walks away.
Power Out: When the lights die, reset the breaker to bring them back. That earns LIGHTS BACK ON.
Party: Live through the birthday party to earn PARTY GUEST.
Headphones: Play with headphones. Sound tells you what's coming and from where.
